We accept checks (payable to Evergreen & Co) and credit cards. A 4% service charge is added to all credit card payments to cover the usage fee.

How are the brochures packaged?

Orders of the Mother series brochures are banded in quantities of 50. Child and Infant series brochures are banded in quantities of 100. These quantities are included in the brochure price and there is no minimum quantity requirement for Co-Op orders.

Banding in quantities of 25 or 50 is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details and/or a cost estimate.

What is the shipping and handling cost?

Shipping and handling costs are based on order quantity. The price is $35 per 1,000 (and up to) brochures ordered within the contiguous U.S. For shipments outside of the contiguous U.S., please contact us for a cost estimate.

When will the brochures deliver?

Printing begins after a Co-Op has closed and the orders are compiled and reviewed. It generally takes four to six weeks after a Co-Op closes for printing, binding, shipping and delivery to you.

Can brochures be ordered outside of the Co-Op?

Sizable orders can be filled outside of a Co-Op, however Co-Op pricing is not extended for these sales. We encourage participation during Co-Ops whenever possible, as large orders help keep the Co-Ops going. Small orders outside of a Co-Op cannot be accommodated, as we no longer store inventory.
