Welcome to Help Me Be Healthy (HMBH), the award-winning series of educational brochures developed by WIC’s health professionals for an active and healthy community.

This resource was developed to save your organization time and enhance your effectiveness, while helping you address issues such as childhood obesity prevention and reading readiness.

Over 11 million HMBH brochures have been distributed and hundreds of thousands of mothers are now healthier and raising healthier children. The brochures — available in English and Spanish — are richly illustrated and present information in a direct, supportive, and uncomplicated manner.
